If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Grebitus purchase, items bought from our online store may be returned for complete refund within 20 days of purchase, as long as they are in as-sold, undamaged condition. Beyond that time, the customer may accept either credit or exchange. Any items purchased as an un-stocked special order are not returnable or exchangeable. Gift recipients are entitled to a non refundable credit or exchange. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
Items with special packaging, (e.g. watch boxes, warranty papers, gemstone certificates, or designer boxes), must have the special packaging and or documents upon their return. Any items returned without packaging may be ineligible for return or exchange.
